The first meeting is almost the most important step. You have to feel comfortable with me and there needs to be an alignment with our vision, values and way to work.
The first meeting can be online or in person over a coffee. Think of it as an introduction for both of us. It is of course free and with no obligation or commitment.
We will discuss your coaching needs and objectives. Some discussion around goals. I will share how we can work together and the different formats and tools we can use. We can then outline your coaching program.
We can then move onto the exciting next steps!

The meetings can be either in person or online - this will be tailored to exactly how you want and need the coaching to be.
The sessions can be in your office but often I recommend stepping outside into an environment thats different to your usual place of work. This can be in a coffee shop, walking in nature, at my place of work or any place you feel comfortable.
The sessions are for you.

Coaching sessions usually last between 60 to 90 minutes depending on time availability and progress we make through the sessions.
The times can also be flexible depending on the subjects and discussions we are having. Its important that we take the time to check in and see how you are progressing and applying the agreed tactics into your everyday life.
Although the majority of our work will be done in the coaching sessions we are also humans. We are on a journey of self-development. Therefore I am available for messages and calls to discuss and share points when you need support.
We will adapt to your needs.

A typical cadence for coaching is monthly but again this can be tailored to meet your specific needs. Often the sessions can be more frequent at the beginning (every 2 weeks) and then move to monthly as we progress.
Again the coaching should be tailored to you and support you need. Some clients are okay with single sessions. Other clients book a recurring session (although these are usually booked in a 8 or 12 week program).
My success is based on your success.
