Every coaching program begins with a blank page, ready for us to customize it just for you.

I believe in no "one-size-fits-all" approach.

Your program will be designed specifically around your needs, ensuring you can achieve the growth you’re looking for!

Here are the 5 key steps in the program that will guide your journey!

Step 1: Initial Contact & Value Alignment

Simply put this is our first meeting to see if we can work together.

Its really important that we have clear alignment in terms of your vision, values and objectives. 

I need to be complementary to you, the client, and a clearly positive relationship is required from this first meeting.

And if it feels right we can start the exciting journey together.

Step 2: Intake Session

This is our first exciting step - and I need to start by really knowing you.

I need to have a strong understanding of your background, current situation, and the specifc reasons for seeking coaching.

This will allow us to outline objectives and  establish clear and measurable goals together, build the coaching plan and timeframe

Then we will move into the actual coaching!

Step 3: The Coaching Sessions

This is your tailored working sessions on the topics we have agreed that are most important for you.

We will agree on the key areas we will focus on together and how this will be applied to achieving and exceeding your goals.

Each session will be clear and focused on exactly what you need to unleash your potential.

The sessions can be in person or online and will be at the time that suits you.

Step 4: Check Ins

We will check in at the end of each working session to gauge understanding, progress and real world application.

We will share how you are using the guidance and ideas in your personal or professional life.

This is were I will hold you accountable to what we have outlined and agreed - its up to you to work towards achieving your goals!

We can also adjust, adapt or revisit coaching sessions to optimize and maximise the impact on your personal development.

Step 5: Future Planning

At the end of the agreed coaching timeframe we will review your progress and the impact the coaching is having on your goals!

I will share all of the resources and tools we have shared and further tools for you to use in the future.

We will celebrate the wins and outline potential further collaboration together!
